Meet Maryanne Comaroto, Ph.D.
Founder, Exec Producer and Host of the Wealth of Worth
For over two decades, Maryanne Comaroto has been a trusted voice for those navigating the messy, meaningful work of waking up. A veteran radio show host turned podcast provocateur, she’s spent years on the airwaves holding space for what most people run from—shame, power, money, trauma, love—and transforming it into insight, courage, and personal reclamation.
A somatic depth psychologist, published researcher, and author, Maryanne brings both scholarship and soul to everything she does. She is the founder of BodyRites.org, a human rights organization and healing collective whose latest research introduces a pioneering treatment method for cultural trauma—specifically the trauma internalized by female-identified people living under systems of chronic disempowerment..
At the heart of her work is reclamation: of voice, value, sovereignty, and soul. With The Wealth of Worth, Maryanne weaves decades of trauma healing, spiritual inquiry, and cultural critique into a show that doesn’t just inform—it transforms. Through riveting interviews, deeply personal storytelling, and live “on the street” conversations, she unearths what’s been buried by culture, shame, and history—and makes space for the rise of feminine intelligence and embodied truth.
Listeners come for more than conversation. They come for a reckoning, a remembering, and a real path back to their own worth.

Beyond academia, Lauren is an accomplished poet—their collection Inter Arma received the Motherwell Prize—and has contributed to various literary and scholarly publications. They also offer ghostwriting and content strategy services, helping individuals and organizations articulate their visions with clarity and depth .
